About this Offer
This Public Offer (hereinafter - the Offer) constitutes an offer by Cyberbay-FZCO (hereinafter - Cyberbay, the Company or the Platform) to enter into an agreement for access to the services and features of the Cyberbay.pro platform.
The Offer governs users' access to and use of Cyberbay gaming and competitive features, including tournaments, Mix Cup, Ladder, gaming matches, leaderboards, the Shop and other services available on the Platform.
This Offer applies together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, rules of specific competitions and other rules published on Cyberbay.pro.
[ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER]
Acceptance of the terms
Registration of an account on Cyberbay.pro and use of the Platform features constitute acceptance of this Offer by the user to the extent applicable.
Before using the Platform, the user must review this Offer and other applicable Cyberbay rules.
If the user does not agree with the terms of this Offer, they should not use Platform features for which acceptance of these terms is required.

Access to Cyberbay
Cyberbay provides users with the ability to use available Platform features in accordance with this Offer, the Terms of Use and the rules of the relevant gaming activities.
Gaming activities
Users may participate in 5v5 and 1v1 tournaments, Mix Cup, Ladder and other formats available on Cyberbay.pro.
Skill-based competitions
Results of Cyberbay competitions are determined by player skill, in-game decisions, strategy, teamwork and participant performance rather than chance.
[PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS]
No entry fee
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the rules of a specific activity, participation in Cyberbay competitions does not require an entry fee.
Rules of a specific activity
The format, schedule, rating requirements, number of participants, team formation procedure and other conditions may vary depending on the specific tournament, Mix Cup or Ladder season.
Current conditions are published on the page of the relevant activity and are binding on participants.
[USER OBLIGATIONS]
Compliance with the rules
The user must comply with this Offer, the Terms of Use, rules of specific competitions and fair play requirements.
Accurate information
The user must provide accurate and up-to-date information required for registration, game account identification and participation in gaming activities.
Account security
The user must keep their login credentials confidential and must not transfer their account to other persons.
Lawful use
The Platform must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, violations of other users' rights or any other conduct contrary to applicable law or Cyberbay rules.
[CYBERBAY OBLIGATIONS]
Access to Platform features
Cyberbay provides users with access to Platform features subject to their current availability, technical capabilities and the rules of the relevant activities.
Platform operation
Cyberbay takes reasonable measures to maintain stable operation of the website and related services and provides users with available technical support channels.
Cyberbay may perform maintenance, update functionality and temporarily restrict access to certain services where necessary for security, development or stable operation of the Platform.
[FAIR PLAY]
Fair Play
All participants must follow fair play principles and must not obtain advantages through methods prohibited by Cyberbay rules or the rules of the relevant video game.
The use of cheats, unauthorized third-party software, other users' accounts, multiple accounts in violation of the rules, match fixing, rating manipulation or other methods of gaining an unfair advantage is prohibited.
If a violation is identified, Cyberbay may cancel match results, restrict user participation, adjust ratings, suspend an account or apply other measures in accordance with Platform rules.
[CRYSTALS AND SHOP]
Cyberbay crystals
As part of certain gaming activities, users may receive Cyberbay crystals in accordance with the rules of the relevant tournament, Ladder season or other activity.
Using crystals
Crystals may be used in the Cyberbay Shop to obtain available in-game items, skins and cosmetic items in accordance with the current Shop terms and inventory.
The selection, availability and crystal value of items may change over time.
[LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES]
User responsibility
The user is responsible for their actions on the Platform, compliance with competition rules, accuracy of the information provided and security of their account.
Cyberbay responsibility
Cyberbay is not responsible for user actions that violate the rules of a video game, requirements of third-party services or applicable law.
Cyberbay does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services, including Steam, Discord, Telegram, game servers and other systems that are not directly controlled by the Company.
[PLATFORM AVAILABILITY]
Regional restrictions
Certain Cyberbay features may not be available in all countries or regions due to legal requirements, partner requirements or technical restrictions.
Changes to functionality
Cyberbay may add, modify, temporarily suspend or discontinue individual Platform features and gaming formats.
[SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ACCESS]
Violation of rules
Cyberbay may temporarily restrict or terminate a user's access to certain features or their account in the event of a violation of this Offer, the Terms of Use, competition rules, Fair Play requirements or Platform security requirements.
Termination by the user
The user may stop using the Platform and request closure of their account through Cyberbay support.
[CHANGES TO THE OFFER]
Cyberbay may amend or supplement this Offer in connection with Platform development, changes to available features, competition rules or applicable legal requirements.
The current version of the Offer is published on Cyberbay.pro. Material changes may additionally be communicated to users through the Platform or by other available means.
[DISPUTE RESOLUTION]
The parties will seek to resolve disputes and disagreements related to the use of the Platform through communication and contact with Cyberbay support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through communication between the parties, it will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
[TERM]
This Offer remains effective from the date of its publication on Cyberbay.pro until it is replaced by a new version or withdrawn by the Company.
